This policy explains what information Mirevadigital LLC ("we", "us") collects through mirevadigital.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
The only information we collect is what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, the service you are asking about and your message. If you email or call us directly, we also keep that correspondence.
This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics scripts. The web server may keep standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested), which our hosting provider uses for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry.
- To prepare a quote or scope if you ask for one.
- To keep a record of our business correspondence.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing lists.
Who sees it
Contact form messages are delivered by email to our director. Email and web hosting providers process that data on our behalf. We share it with others only if the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries that do not lead to a project for up to two years, then delete them. Records for paid projects are kept as long as business and tax rules require.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing director@mirevadigital.com.
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
